​Samknun Century, will be showing water treatment solution on KORMARINE 2021



Samkun Century will participate on KORMARINE 2021 which will be held in BEXCO, Busan during 19th to 22nd Oct.

 

Since 1989 we, Samkun Century, have manufactured and supplied Fresh water & Potable water treatment system to our clients. We have always striven to develop new products, and succeeded in localization of Silver Ion Sterilizer. In addition, we have developed various products such as Re-hardening Filter and RO Type Fresh Water Generator. Now we supply technology-intensive Fresh Water Supply Unit not only ship but offshore plant.

The fresh water supply unit supplies fresh, warm and cold drinking water for the crew and It consists of technical system of Sterilizer, Hydrophore tank, Calorifier, Re-hardening filter(mineralizer) and pumps. This product is an integrated technology product. It contains auto filter that can automatically backwash fresh water. And it has filters that are easy to replace for rehardening filter, UV sterilizer. Also an energy-saving hydrophore tank and Samkun Century’s proprietary PE inner coating pipe are applied.

The fresh water supply unit is being selected as a World-Class Product with strengths like simple construction, easy installation, easy maintenance and easy operation. The equipment is currently actively entering the domestic and overseas onshore plant market. System optimization is being developed in connection with our Fresh Water Generator. Engineering technology of this equipment is easily applied to land/ offshore/ shipbuilding respectively.

 

Also Samkun Century develops LNG & LPG cryogenic insulation. Compared with polyurethane foam that is applied same industry, Samkun Century developed the product is thinner but increasing thermal conduction efficiency. This product makes 30% lower price on material, construction and improves production progress.

 

Development about Samkun Century’s Aeropoly is completed. It can be applied LNG & LPG liquid/vaporizer pipe line and tank spray. It is under construction in various fields for various customers. Aeropoly applies aerogel that has lower thermal conductivity than urethane foam on 1st layer. So it can make thinner insulation.

Mineralizer(Re-hardening filter)

The water which is generated by fresh water generator in vessel, cannot be used by drinking water directly, because of pH value, hardness, and none of mineral component. If you take the pure water(H2O) which is generated by a fresh water generator for a long time, it is not good for your health. By using Mineralizer(Re-hardening filter), hardness, pH value, and mineral content are treated to be used drinking water.
