 The Post-Symposium in ISMT 2021 - Winning the Technology Prize (hosted by Korean Society of Marine Engineering, KOSME) Kang Jung-il, CEO of Samkun Century, was awarded the Technology Prize in recognition of his significant contribution to the development of technology in shipbuilding, marine equipment and relevant industries in Korea at the Post-Symposium in 2021 of the International Symposium on Marine Engineering & Technology(ISMT), which held alongside Korea Marine Equipment(KORMARINE) 2021 in BEXCO.

  Selected as 'National Representative of Innovative Enterprises 1000’ ​   The government has selected additional 321 companies as the 'National Representative of Innovative Enterprises 1000’, which the government has discovered and supported 1000 innovative companies with 40 trillion won-valuable policy loans for 3 years. 'National Representative of Innovative Enterprises 1000’ is the project to select the leading company for future innovation each industry by Financial Services Commission, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of SMEs and Startups and nine government ministries and intensively foster as the future core companies through financial support. Once selected as a National Representative of Innovative Enterprises, the companies will receive the financial support such as investment, loan, guarantee and so on.  

  On 30th of Apr. 2021, we, Samkun century, acquired ' Designation letter of Global Small Giant Company ' from the Ministry of SMEs and startups.   <The Citation for Outstanding Business Person of the year 2020 by Miryang-si> In recognition of his contributions to developing the local industry and promotion of welfare for employee and job creation, CEO of Samkun Century was awarded the citation for Outstanding Business Person of the year 2020 by Miryang-si. ​ For many years to come, Samkun Century Co., Ltd. will strive for mutual cooperation with the local community in many fields. ​ Though the awards ceremony did not be held due to Covid-19, we appreciated the people concerned who visited to our company to deliver this prize in person.

We, Samkun Century Co., Ltd, celebrated the 31st anniversary of our establishment on 11th of Nov. 2020. Due to the severe covid-19, unfortunately we could not have the overseas workshop in this year. Instead of the trip abroad, we rewarded our executives and staff members who have working for a long period with the special golden key. We are grateful to all employees who keep improving their abilities with the full of challenges and passion as the attitude of "Today is always better than yesterday". Now, we are taking the first step toward the brand new 30-year. With the ceaseless changes, self-innovations and infinite challenges, we will strive for excellence to be the "centennial enterprises , Samkun Century".

 

Samkun Century Inc., which celebrated its 29th anniversary on November 11.  We paid award to 50 peoples who long-term employees. And we did meaningful overseas workshop who long-term employees. The Samkun century will mark its 30th anniversary next year. If case of person, 30 years old,  you're at this age where your heart is firmly on the moral ladder.  Now  the Samkun century has begun another challenge to become the world's best.​ 

​"ECO-EXPO KOREA 2018" was held at COEX, Seoul from Sep 5th to 8th with t he ministry of Environment (Minister Kim Eun Kyung ) and Korea Environment institue of Technology (President Nam Kwang Hee) . ​ ​ The award ceremony for "2018 Excellent Environment Industry Designation" was held during exhibition, and 10 companies with excellent technology and employment performance was designated as the national representative of the environment field.    Samkun Century was also selected as an excellent environmental industry in the water treatment sector in 2018. 삼건세기는 행복한 나눔을 실천하는 사회 공헌활동을 경영의 일부로 인식하고, 이에 앞장서고 있다. 우리 회사의 사회적 책임을 다하기 위해 지속적인 나눔 활동을 실시하고 있는 바, 18년 5월, 삼건 봉사회는 밀양의 한 과수농가를 방문하여, 사과 적과(열매 솎기) 작업을 통해 농촌일손 돕기를 실시했다.  일손 돕기에 참여한 직원들은 더운 날씨에도 불구하고, 농가에 조금이라도 보탬이 되고자 사과 적과에 구슬땀을 흘렸다. 농가주는 "아내가 허리를 다쳐 자칫 적과 시기를 놓칠까 염려했었는데, 삼건세기 직원들이 일손을 거들어 주어 고맙고 큰 도움이 됐다. 가을 수확 때도 꼭 와주면 고맙겠다."며 감사의 뜻을 전했다. 아울러 작업 현장에는, 밀양시 산외면 사무소 관계자도 잠시 들러 감사의 마음을 전했다.
